Carillon Beach Association, Inc. is the homeowners association (HOA) responsible for owning and operating all the assets and functions for the homeowners at Carillon Beach. Each homeowner is a partial owner and voting member of the corporation. The organization has the responsibility for managing everything from long term strategic planning, to the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the common properties. The HOA maintains an office and full time staff on site that is available to assist owners and to manage the HOA operations.
Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers to patrol the grounds to insure the safety of owners and guests.
Grounds maintenance, pool maintenance and operations, and garbage pickup are just some of the functions under the direction of the on-site maintenance department.
The HOA is governed by a five member board of directors. The members of the HOA board are non-paid homeowner volunteers and are elected at the annual homeowners meeting each June.
The governing documents for Carillon Beach are:
1. The Carillon Beach Declaration of Charter, Easements, Covenants and Restrictions
2. The Articles of Incorporation for Carillon Beach Association, Inc.
3. The Bylaws for Carillon Beach Association, Inc.
4. The Carillon Beach Design Code
The HOA works in concert with an independent Design Review Board to control every aspect of design, construction and on-going maintenance of homeowner properties to insure adherence to the Carillon Design Code. In this way, all private residences are built and maintained to insure the excellent appearance of Carillon and to protect home values for the entire community.
